You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days, starting from the date of conclusion of the contract.

You can use the provided sample withdrawal form for this purpose if you wish, but use of this form is not mandatory.
Dispatch of the notification of the exercising of the right to withdrawal prior to expiry of the withdrawal period shall be deemed sufficient for compliance with the withdrawal deadline.
If you withdraw from this contract, we have to refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs incurred if you have selected a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days, starting from the date on which the notification of withdrawal from this contract is received by us. For this refund we shall use the same method of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly otherwise agreed with you. On no account will you be charged a fee for this refund.
If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you have to pay us an appropriate sum corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the date on which you notify us of the exercising of the right to withdraw from this contract, in comparison with the total scope of the services as envisaged in the contract.
