Participants learn in a practical way how to create their own Wardley Maps and use them for strategic decisions. After an introduction to the basics of Wardley Maps, advanced concepts and strategies are explored in more depth. With the help of the Strategy -Cycles, the maps are further developed in several iterations. Participants gain a deeper understanding of the evolution of components and how teams can be optimally structured in order to use the right skills in the right places.

At the end of the workshop, advanced techniques are covered, such as the role of pioneers, settlers and city planners as well as the concepts of Peace, War & Wonder. Participants also learn how to efficiently structure and divide complex maps.
