The aim of the program is to optimally train and certify software architects for their roles and responsibilities in IT projects. More than 20,000 professionals worldwide have now successfully completed certification from the CPSA® program, thereby proving their expertise. The CPSA® program includes the CPSA Foundation Level (CPSA-F®) and the advanced CPSA Advanced Level (CPSA-A®). The CPSA Expert Level (CPSA-E®), the highest certification level, is currently being prepared.
These certifications are not a formal professional qualification, but an internationally recognized proof of skills and expertise in the field of software architecture, which is a valuable qualification in modern IT projects.

Fundamentals of software architecture (CPSA Foundation Level)
The CPSA Foundation Level is the ideal introduction to the world of software architecture. In our 3- to 4-day training course accredited by iSAQB, we provide you with in-depth knowledge and practical methods to successfully plan, document and evaluate software architectures. You will learn the technical language and be given practical tools to ensure the quality assurance of small to medium-sized IT systems.
After the training, you will take a multiple-choice exam to receive the internationally recognized certificate as Certified Professional for Software Architecture – Foundation Level (CPSA-F®).

Introduction to the world of software architecture
Advanced Competencies in Software Architecture (CPSA Advanced Level)
The Advanced Level is the second certification level of the iSAQB CPSA program and offers in-depth training in the field of software architecture. It includes 17 specialized training modules in the competency areas of methodology, technology and communication. This broad selection enables you to specifically expand your expertise in key areas such as architecture assessment, cloud infrastructures, domain driven design as well as the important soft skills and web architectures.
With each training course attended, participants collect credit points (CP) from the three competency areas. After achieving at least 70 credit points, you are eligible to take the CPSA-A certification exam, which is usually achieved after attending three training courses.
To obtain the Certified Professional for Software Architecture – Advanced Level (CPSA-A®) certificate, you must submit a written paper (similar to a term paper) after achieving the required credit points.
