Mahbouba

Managing Director

Mahbouba Gharbi studied telecommunications and information technology from 1994 to 1999 at ENS Telecom Paris, as well as communications engineering and data processing at the University of Stuttgart, where she earned a dual engineering degree. Since 1999, she has been working as a software architect and developer. In 2004, she founded ITech Progress GmbH, which she continues to lead today as CEO and Chief Architect. She is a founding member of the International Software Architecture Qualification Board (iSAQB e.V.) and served as its chairwoman until 2023. Gharbi is a certified trainer for the CPSA program and heads the ITech Academy, which offers training in software architecture and IT project management.

The graduate computer scientist from the University of Hamburg has more than 15 years of experience in complex IT projects and architecture departments. His areas of expertise include enterprise, domain, and technical architectures, particularly for RESTful and service‑oriented architectures (SOA).
