EAM offers a holistic approach, methods and tools to architecturally structure, review and optimize the IT landscape of companies and business processes. Enterprise architecture defines the interaction of business processes and IT in a company and provides a strategic, conceptual and organizational framework of the IT landscape design . The iSAQB-licensed training provides the knowledge to implement EAM for medium and large systems.
In this three-day training course, you will acquire the knowledge and skills to introduce and implement Enterprise Architecture Management in your company. You will learn how to formulate the IT strategy for a company, set up and monitor processes and structures of IT governance and derive migration plans for the IT landscape. During the training you will also learn about different frameworks such as TOGAF and COBIT.
