Structuring, Assessing, and Optimizing IT Landscapes Architecturally

EAM provides a holistic approach, methods, and tools to architecturally structure, assess, and optimize a company’s IT landscape and business processes. Enterprise architecture defines the interplay between business processes and IT within an organization and provides a strategic, conceptual, and organizational framework for shaping the IT landscape.

In this three-day training, you will gain the knowledge and skills to implement and manage Enterprise Architecture Management for medium and large systems within a company. You will learn to formulate the IT strategy for an organization, establish and monitor IT governance processes and structures, and derive migration plans for the IT landscape. During the course, you will also become familiar with frameworks such as TOGAF and COBIT.

Credit Points for CPSA-A Certification

Our advanced training program deepens your knowledge in methodology, technology, and communication, enabling you to earn the 70 required credit points for the CPSA-A® exam. Certification at the Advanced Level requires prior completion of the Foundation Level. Even for software architects who do not pursue certification, our Advanced modules provide invaluable value for their daily work.
