Web architectures are subject to constant change and are therefore very versatile. In this three-day training course you will learn to distinguish between different web architecture styles and to independently design software systems on this basis, such as REST-compliant web applications, web services or single URI/single method applications.
In addition to teaching the principles of secure software design, you will also learn the basics of risk analysis, threat modeling and accessibility, and how to apply them in a targeted manner. The course also covers the details of the basic protocols, the effects of the internal application architecture on the overall architecture, front-end optimization and the embedding of new components in the overall infrastructure from standard components.
The curriculum is divided into the following thematic blocks:
► Basics
► Protocols and standards
► Architectural styles
► Technology and infrastructure
► Design of web architectures
► Quality in web architectures
► Example-architectures
► Distinguish web architecture styles
► Designing software systems
► Identify and apply principles of a secure-software-design
