Structuring, reviewing, and optimizing IT landscapes architecturally

EAM offers a holistic approach, methods and tools to architecturally structure, review and optimize the IT landscape of companies and business processes. The enterprise architecture defines the interaction of business processes and IT in the company and provides a strategic, conceptual and organizational framework for the design of the IT landscape. In this three-day training, you will acquire the knowledge and skills to implement and carry out enterprise architecture management for medium and large systems in the company. You will learn how to formulate the IT strategy for a company, set up and monitor IT governance processes and structures and derive migration plans for the IT landscape. In the course of the training, you will also get to know different frameworks such as TOGAF and COBIT.

  • Introduction of EAM

  • Formulate an IT strategy for a company
  • Set up the structures and processes of EAM
  • Monitor compliance with corporate policies
  • Create migration plans for an IT landscape in order to work with EAM frameworks such as TOGAF and COBIT

Credit Points for CPSA-A Certification

Our advanced training program deepens your knowledge of methodology, technology, and communication, enabling you to earn the 70 credit points required for the CPSA-A® exam. Certification at the advanced level requires completion of the foundation level. Even for software architects who are not seeking certification, our advanced modules provide invaluable knowledge for their daily work.
